San Rafael in Playa de las Americas was a great location - close to the beach and other amenities. The apartment was super clean and modern - with minimalist decor that felt fresh and airy. The host - Lorenzo - went above and beyond with arranging private transport and allowing us to check out later. We loved the resident cats in the apartment block - they were so friendly and added a lovely touch to our stay.

The host was super nice. The flat has 3 floors with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd. It is quite small but we were 2 so it was ok. There are 3 bathrooms. We asked for a ventilator which is highly recommendable in the hot days! The property was absolutely perfect with a lush and super modern apartment with minimalistic decor. The location was perfect for all amenities and the bonus was the friendly resident cats. Couldn't fault anything!

The kitchen and toilets were very nice. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to food, drinks, the beach, and supermarkets. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging private transport and allowing us to stay longer until check-out.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fact that the apartment provided towels, hairdryer, and straighteners. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, and there were smart TVs in the apartment where we could watch Netflix. The three levels of the apartment provided comfortable sleeping arrangements and beautiful views from the balcony. The central location near the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants was also a great advantage. The host Francesca and Lorenzo provided excellent communication and hospitality during our stay.

We felt so at home during our stay that we have no complaints.
